age 34, weight 70kg, about 5 years back i got too much back ache and my doctor gave me some tablets for one week and some exercises for one month, and He told me i can do these exercise when ever i feel pain...after doing them for one month or so i was ok...but now i have some problem with my left arm ..if i put my head on my left hand about 10mins my whole arm goes numb...and some time there is suddenly pain in my left arm from shoulder to hand... what to do..?
