Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain in arm and leg is unrelated to pregnancy. There is no such symptoms in pregnancy. However, lethargy, weakness and sleepiness is common in early pregnancy.
I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis.
I would further suggest you to consult an orthopaedic surgeon and get properly examined, investigated and treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
