What Causes Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting And Back Pain?

I am a 36 yr wf symptoms started with nausea diarrhea and then vomiting. The vomiting was every hour on the hour from 230am until 7am. My body has soreness, pain in back and legs. At 845 pm I am still having diarrhea. I haven't eaten anything all day. My head, legs and back are sore.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and soreness in the body, pain in legs, back, and head indicate intestinal infection a sort of gastroenteritis.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
• Get the stool and blood tested.
• Clinical evaluation and examination by your doctor for correlating with lab reports and to get the appropriate diagnosis and management.
• Till then, take a PPI like Omeprazole, antacid, Domperidone.
• You will be prescribed further medications by your doctor.
• Take plenty of fluids, boiled and cooled water.
• Soft and bland diet if tolerated.
