What Causes Missed Abortion?

hi iam 27year married women.10-11 month back i had conceived but suddenly after 2 month i had missed abortion.and after investigation i am diagnosed with mild pcod.i just want to know why missed abortion happened and am i able to deliever a baby or not.

1. There are several reasons for infertility ( not conceiving ).
2.PCOD - polycystic ovarian disease is one of the cause for infertility, can be treated by the hormonal treatment.
3.Since you have already conceived once - its possible thats there is some other cause for the missed abortion.
4.Thyroid profile should be seen before planning - as it could be one of the cause, and other hormonal levels.
5.Ultrasoun pelvis for well being of uterus and ovaries - presence of any lesions / cysts / mass should be ruled out.
6.Finally and first - follow ovulation calendar - and active intercourse in those days. Good luck.
