I have had the implanon implant for 2 years and my period stopped the first 6 months with no pain at all. Now for the past 2 weeks I have been having the familiar dull lower stomach ache thats annoying like when i was pregnant. i have also been extremely tired no matter how much i sleep and very moody and hungry. Could it just be all in my head or could i possibly be pregnant again?
