i had dull prolonged pain in lower abdomen with fishy odour vaginal discharge, i had already consulted wit doctor ,she gave me Kmac syrup and some antibiotic tablet, i was alright then. and this month after my menstrual cycle, i'm having the same dull pain agin

Hi,
I think that you may be suffering from vaginal infection due to fungal infection so I will suggest you to take Clotrimazole suppositories at night for 6 days and also anti-fungal tablets Itraconazole weekly for 4 weeks.
