What Causes Low Vitamin D?

Hi, I am a female in my early 20 s and I got a blood test back saying my calcium is 10.5 and Vitamin d is 17 (low). I was just wondering what could be causing it. Also I was wondering if 10.5 was normal for a young adult since my calcium levels might be higher since I am younger. I am really worried about it.

Hi,nothing is serious in your reports. Your calcium level is enough and for vitamin D either can take supplimens or take food reach in vitamin D with exposure to rising Sun.
