What Causes Loud Snoring At Night?
i have some loud snoring at night. I have a tightness across my chest sometimes. i have some nasal congestion with yellow dicharge sometimes from my nose. I sometimes feel a bit wheezey I was concerned a while back about acid reflux and tried some omeprasol. I am about 6ft tall and weight around 14 stone.I am 48. I have been suffering from some stress. Any ideas please?

Snoring as you are describing can be due to anatomical abnormality of upper respiratory tract including glottis and soft palate.
