What Causes Lethargy, diarrhea And Ear Infection?

I may have had undiagnosed food poisoning last week Saturday, throughout the last week I have been weak, fatigued, nauseous with vomiting and diarrhea for four days, the diarrhea has continued for the last week, had ear tube issues (possible ear infection) and finally a green mucus cough. I'm curious if these could all be symptoms of a continued illness from the foodborne pathogen or just the after effects of a compromised immune system? Should I seek emergency medical attention or should I just schedule a Dr visit when one becomes available?
