HI,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.
This a common thing dreams became frightening as pregnancy develop about 72% pregnant women experienced frightening dreams or nightmares, so do not worry about it.
One more common issue of pregnancy is Heartburn which is the most common cause of lack of sleep.
I would Advise you few things
- Get into a routine, try to have regular bedtime.
- Lie on your left side while sleeping,it will be a comfortable position.
- Don't do strenuous exercise or watch a scary film just before turning in.
- Have a bath, a warm milky drink or herbal tea, or read a book.
- Do whatever helps you to relax at night and try to repeat the same pattern each evening.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
