What Causes Itchy Labia Majora During Pregnancy?

Okay so I am pregnant and I have always had a bad discharge.Here lately like the past few days I have been very itchy on the inside of my labia majora. If I leave my underwear off at night the next day Its not itching by night time it is again. What could be causing this?

Based on the provided information, it seems like this could be related to a possible accumulation of bacteria or due to a change in vaginal pH which is also commonly experienced during pregnancy. As your only symptom is an itch, we still cannot be sure whether this is because of an infection or it has other causes to it, but it would be wise to get both a urine analysis and a vaginal swab test conducted to make sure all is well.
