Hi,

It seems that you may be having insect toxic dermatitis at two sites. There may be burning, itching ang pain. The lesions may be erythematous initially, then vesicular or bullous followed by crust formation. The disease is caused by toxin injected by spider. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. Antibiotics, steroids in tappering dose and antihistaminics may be given by him. Antibiotic cream may be applied on the lesions. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
