Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Irregular Heart Beats With Cholesterol?
When I go to bed at night and I lay on either side I get very strong messed up heart beats. If I lay on my back it seems to lessen and stop. Also recently it has happened like if I am walking fast or working around the house, making beds etc. I have to stop what I am doing and just relax and breathe. It almost feels like I could pass out. I am 61 years old. 5 3 tall. I weigh 192 lbs. I am diabetic. Very low vitamin D. High cholestrol. A little bit high blood pressure. Definate lower back problems. I am going for an MRI this week for the back. I am being treated for all of this but the heart thing just sarted a couple weeks ago. Does it sound serious? Thank you I can not afford to pay but thanks anyway
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that the symptoms that you have stated here could be functional in origin but still I would advise you to rule out the possibility of any cardiac disease, and for that you need to go for certain tests like EKG. ECHO. hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
