What Causes Involuntary Movements, Fatigue During 5 Weeks Pregnancy?

Hello, I am 36 years old and 5 weeks pregnant with my second child. I have some fatigue which I expected but also find it hard to stand up for even a short time and also am having involuntary movements all over my body, sort of twitching. Is this a sign of a low iron count or something else? My blood pressure and heart rate are normal as per checks on Friday. Thanks.

Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is very common to have such a feeling in early pregnancy so just ask her to take full rest and good nutrition.
