It started during the second day of my period and since I ve been working on different rotations/schedules per day I thought I was just experiencing fatigue or something. My head also feels heavy every now and then. Can you help me?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be viral infection and this need to be treated with Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three times in day at the most on tentative basis this can be treated with Tab Ofloxacine 400 mg twice in day keeping in mind the possibility of Urinary tract infection, hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
