General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
HI, I understand your concern. Normally after we eat.. blood sugar rises.. is assimilated within 1.5 to 2 hours.& reaches normal level of 100 . So usually we test blood sugar after 1.5 hours / 2hours of food . You seem to have well adjusted with your gestational dibetes treatment. Please don't worry. You can continue to do physical exercise to consume blood sugar but please do not try any other thing along with the medication you are on. Consult your doctor for further management. thanks.
