What Causes Heavy Bleeding During Pregnancy?

hi... i was 2months pregnant and i had heavy bleeding. i thought i had miscarriage my baby, i consulted my doctor and she couldn't find a heartbeat with the doppler and tests were negative. but 2 mos after that i never got a menstruation and i got all symptoms of a 17weeks pregnant woman. Am i still pregnant? i never consulted the doctor after the last two months and never tested it again. what is best for me to do?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion I suggest you to get an ultrasound for confirmation.Because just no periods with pregnancy symptoms are not suffice to diagnose the pregnancy.Sometimes even the thought of pregnancy also makes one to feel pregnancy symptoms and periods are missed.So whatever may be the thing ultrasound is essential to diagnose.
