Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion we should first rule out any obstructive lesion in esophagus because you are having problem in swallowing solid food.
So get done upper GI (gastrointestinal) scopy.
If it is normal then possibility of GERD is more.
Upper GI scopy will also tell if GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) is present or not. GERD is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms of chest pain, chest tightness, throat pain etc.
So we need to treat GERD to relieve your symptoms.
So avoid stress and tension. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
Take proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
