What Causes Heart Spasms,excessive Daytime Sleepiness And Rheumatoid Arthritis?
i have been having what feels like spasms in my heart since i woke up this morning. what could be a possible cause? age 43, sleep apnea, excessive daytime sleepiness, fibromyalgia multilevel disk herniations and possible rheumatoid arthritis. also AC1 6.0%.

The symptoms you mentioned here can be due to vitamin D deficiency, rheumatoid arthritis or Hypothyroidism. Your A1C suggests pre-diabetes. I would recommend you to do tests for these conditions including TFTs, RA Factor, ANA and ESR to evaluate.
