Hello. I am 77 years old, a female, in pretty good health. I do have a thyroid issue, which is being treated with synthroid, take cholesterol pills, a daily aspirin, and celexa. Fatigue is what sent me to the doctor initially, and hypothyroidism was the diagnosis. Recently, I have been experiencing fatigue that is more problematic than ever. I get up early to walk the dogs - a mile or so-- but then go back to bed for an hour. Then I spend the morning on usual activities- but by 2 p.m. I am totally exhausted, and take a nap. Ordinarily I am an energetic person with lots going on . I also have almost chronic heart burn. Another new wrinkle. I take zantac or roll aids for that. The heart burn is not triggered by anything special. What do you think?
