The symptoms I have are: headaches, dizziness, faintness, hungry, cold, sweating, clammy, weak, constantly tired, no energy, shaking, diarrhoea and nausea. I do know I have underactive thyroid and type 2 diabetes diet control with no medication. please help? Is it more to do with my thyroid condition or type 2 diabetes or do I have another medical condition I am not aware of?

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Symptoms which you have mentioned are mostly due to the problems you have like under active thyroid and type 2 diabetes. You need to take medication to regulate the levels only diet cannot give you relief.

Please have a thyroid profile, hba1c, fasting and post prandial glucose done and get back with the results so that your doctor can adjust the medications accordingly and you will get some relief.
Dont worry I dont think you have any other issue other than this.

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
