What Causes Headache While Pars Planitis Treatment?

My son 6 year old son is on Azopt and Combigan for Pars Plantitis treatment. It is clearing up but he has terrible headaches as the day progresses. Could it be medication caused at this pionte? Its been four months and our next stop is a nuerologist. The timing seems way to coinsidental to me for it to be something else.
