Brief Answer:
Perimenopausal symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
These seem to be the problems of perimenopausal period in which the hormones fluctuate and cause irregular bleeding and heavy flow.
Mood disturbances can also be due to perimenopausal period.
I will suggest you to get your thyroid, prolactin and ultrasound done to rule out any other cause and take treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Eye muscle fatigue

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, pain around the eyes is generally due to increased visionary stress like working long hours on computers, laptop or working continuously or in a dim light.
You should consult an opthalmologist to check the fatigue of the periorbital mucsles and give you appropriate treatment.
Maintaining concentration in office work is difficult with fatigue of eye muscles and generalized weakness.
You should get yourself properly examined and treated accordingly.
