What Causes Headache, Sweating With 166/125 BP And 110 Heart Rate?

I am a female 64yrs 5 7 250 lbs. I m on Blood pressure med ziac 10/6.5 Micardis 80 mg, bumetanide 1mg. I ve had bad headache all day. I m tried to call my physician since 8:00 am. My resting heartrate has been an average of 153/98 & rate rate is 79. I just did some normal housekeeping & I m out of breath and I m sweating profusely. My blood pressure is 166/125 & my heart rate is 110. After resting 5 minutes my blood pressure is 145/87 & heart rate is 86. Is this cause for alarm?
