ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello dear,
After going through the history, I believe there is some genuine concern and I will try to help you out of this situation.

All the symptom you have described with history of accident of points out to be a developing hematoma inside the brain. In addition to that the head trauma might has cause a fracture in the temporal bone leading to involvement of the inner ear and there is vertigo and dizziness.

If I would have in your position, I would have done a CT/MR scan of the head and brain. If you have done it 3 days, before, please do it again as sometime hematoma onset late.

I hope I could solve your query. Please do not hesitate to clarify more doubts for the same situation.

Thank you for the way you are in my life.
