Hello, You have headache when you self pleasure yourself. This makes you uncomfortable. The factors that may cause such headache may be stress, dehydration, history of migraine or headache, hypoglycemia, the cause is not definite and still under research. When you become sexually aroused and get orgasm, your blood pressure increases but there is also an increase in your heart rate that may cause your blood pressure to drop, causing the blood vessels in your head to dilate and hence, headache. It can also happen because the increase in sexual excitement causes the muscles to contract in your head and neck, if sensitive you may experience headache. Sensitive people often experience this headache not all. Stay well hydrated, well fed, relaxed and stress free before any sexual activity to get rid of orgasmic headache.
