What Causes Frequent Chromosomal Abnormality Leading To Abortion?

Hi doc
At our 7wk6d appro.,i was told that yolk sac was abnormally large and no heartbeat could be detected, the fetal pole was 0.46cm .another small cystic structure was seen in same gestation sac.doctor adviced to abort the pregnancy. My husband has a balance translocation but the karyotype of fetus tissue shows that there were no such abnormality. My first pregnancy was also aborted coz of cromosomal abnormality. What could have been the reason this time.
My age is 30 wt 63kgs

hi healthcare magic user, I will need detail clinical history before telling you about exact cause .
Are you married in cousins? what are blood sugar levels of both of you? any thyroid problem? blood coagulation tests abnormalities?
Karyotype of both of you?
their are 50%chances of having unbalanced translocation which will lead to abortion. No doubt you can conceive naturally if baby chromosomly normal other factors like sugars, APLA syndrome can lead to abortion you will need evaluation.
Please get all work up done.
Other option that you can go for PGD (preimplantation Genetic diagnosis) to rule out translocation .
