What Causes Frequent Asthma Attacks?

Im 18 years old. Im suffering from asthma and im getting asthma attack from time to time. I feel difficulty of breathing in such time. But now doctors say that i have got anther disease and they say that as the reason for getting ill frequently. they have done so many test but reports doesnt indicate any other disease. They have done a lung function test also. Its also normal. What will be the reason for to getting ill frequently??

Hello,
There are many reasons that trigger asthmatic attacks.
They are stress, exercise, exposure to allergens like pollution , pollen grains.
Kindly stay away from such triggering factors.

You can practise regular breathing exercises i.e; pranayamas and meditation techniquesr along with the medications prescribed by your doctor. they have shown remarkable improvement in asthmatics as it increases the lung volumes.
