What Causes Fainting, Nausea And Diarrhea To A 12 Year Old?

My 12 year old daughter fainted. She completely lost conciousness for about 2-3 minutes aftershe woke up she was very pale and clammy. Prior to her fainting she had been complaining of nausea for several hours and had several bouts of diareha. what do you think could have caused her to faint. She was standing at the time.

Postural hypotension due to volume depletion due to loss in loose motion and vomiting could be the cause behind it.
Ensure sufficient intake of water and electrolytes
