diagnosis should based on clinical examination and investigation. fungal infection should have history of touch with plant or vegetation. no much of reaction and pain or dis charge. it is chronic and resistant to general antibiotic. it may be the drug contains mydriatic. pupil might have been dilated so vision is reduced. smear should be taken and stained with metheline blue-to confirm diagnosis. if fungal infection is confirmed then systemic and topical anti fungal anti biotic should be started it will take longer time.
