What Causes Exhaustion And Weight Gain After Taking Contraceptive Pill?

Hi there, just wondering if you could give me some advise. I've just started taking contraception pill, Cilest about 2 weeks ago on the day my period started, I've been really tired, exhausted since and feeling bloated, I put on weight and just 14 days (2days ago) after I started taking this pill I've been spotting blood, the 2nd day I was getting dark brown discharge and today is the 3rd day again it's brown discharge plus a bit of pinkish blood. Should I stop taking this pill? Should I go and see my GP or is it completley normal?

Many Thanks

Rita
