What Causes Excessive Night Sweats?

I have excessive night sweats chronically for about 3 years. Hormone labs are fine. Get exudative pharyngitis 3-4 times per year with no relief without steroid from doc. Exhausted most days. Last CBC with high WBC, high monocytes, high leukocytes. Thoughts?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some infection. Either upper respiratory tract or in lower respiratory tract. You should go for x ray chest once. You need antibiotics treatment. Levofloxacin, amoxiclav or cefadroxil can be used. These all are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
