What Causes Earache, Blurring In Vision, Shortness Of Breath And Jaw Pain?

I have mild cerebellar volume loss with prominent sulci. Symptoms: ear aches, jaw pain -hing of my jaw up near my ears; ringing in ears, balance issues, shortness of breath just carrying groceries, some blurred vision starting, arthritis symptoms. I m having a MRI with contrast tommorrow. Is there a growth near my ears, eyes??

These may not be related to the smaller cerebellum.
Most probably caused about by the ear problems.
Let us see what the MRI reports says.
The treatment will obviously depend upon by the findings of clinical evaluation and findings of the reports of investigations.
