Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello,

Refraction should be done if there is error detected then it should be corrected. What is her age? If doctor diagnoses it to labyrinths then ENT doctor should examine eye for conduction or nerve deafness.

It can be stress for which propanolol is correct indication but pulse rate and heart rate needs to be monitored. There can be bradichardia, and in that case, the dose of drug should be adjusted, it is a beta blocker.

Second opinion is required for final diagnosis. Having staggering voice which can be neurological problem for which neurologist can be consulted for examination and diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
