What Causes Distended Stomach With Severe Constipation During CPAP Therapy?

Have been on CPap about a year. No problems. but in July had shunt removed from brain and endoscopic third ventrioloscopy procedure done. for aqueductal stenosis. Haven't used CPAP for a long time. DX with Mild sleep apnea and Upper airway resistance previously. I started CPAP therapy a few weeks ago and now my stomach is horribly distended and have severe constipation,. Also had thyroid issues but they have resolved. Have been walking every day and cut out dairy a few days ago. I currently use a nasal pillow system with c-flex added to circuit. I have been on citracel 2 caplets a day and Miralax full dose every day and nothing seems to help, Have done a few enemas with very poor results, Is the CPAP the problem

of the inspiratory drive is being driven giving stomach distension .

* But constipation is separate issue not related to CPAP .
Possible steroids consumption in medications is prime suspicious .
