What Causes Discomfort And Heaviness On Chest?
I have asthma and went to the doctor 2 weeks ago complaining that it feels like someone is sitting on my chest and I can't get a full breath. I have been on antiboitics for a sinus/upper resperatory infection and a round of predisone however I don't feel any better. What could it be?

From what you are suggesting it might be a worsening of asthma. it usually settles with the medications.. but the inhaler history you have not given are the mainstay of treatment.. alternatively even cardiac pain may manifest with heaviness on the chest.. suggest you to take ecg to find out..
