What Causes Difficulty In Losing Weight?

My prolactin level is 135. I've been trying to lose weight, and have been completely unsuccessful, I walk 2 miles a day (14 miles a week) and eat between 1,200-1,400 calories a day. I eat mostly whole grain, veggies, fruit, and chicken or fish. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,
I hope you are feeling better now.
I would advise you to please get your thyroid levels checked.
Also, if there are any other symptoms like headache, visual impairment, excess facial hair, I would suggest you to see your doctor so that he can give a better advice after analyzing your reports.
Don't worry... I am sure you will be successful in loosing weight soon
