What Causes Diarrhea,dull Ache Under Ribs And Abdominal Cramps?

I have a temp of 102.1 I am also having very liquid type diarrhea my right side under my rib cage has a dull but sometimes sharp pain. I have painful stomach cramps ... please do you know what's wrong with me

Hello,

The symptoms of diarrhea with fever could be the case of a bacterial infection, and it may be together with protozoa. The second and common condition is viral fever if this is so then you need to be patient because viral infection may not need any treatment but care needs to be taken for dehydration.

For the bacterial infection it can be managed with Ciprofloxacin with Tinidazole medicines twice in a day for four days, for fever, tablet Paracetamol can be tried, avoid taking a heavy meal, spicy meal.
