What Causes Diarrhea With Spots Of Blood?

I have been having cramping about 4 inches above my belly button, and diarrhea with a reddish brown tint of color to it and it has little white dots in it,and there is spots of blood on the toilet paper. I did eat pizza and drank a red soda today. Should I be worried?

You have problem of abdominal cramps and blood in stool that may be because of gastroenteritis.

Intestinal infection like ulcerative colitis may cause abdominal cramps and blood in stool.
Infection of parasites or bacterial or viral cause this problem.
Giardiasis may ruled out.

Stool examination test is helpful for diagnose.
Abdominal sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.

Consent a gastroenterologist for diagnosis.
Proper history and investigation helpful for further diagnosis.
