What Causes Diarrhea With Green Stools?

So I have yellow or green stool with black flakes. There are also pale looking objects in my stool but I haven't eaten anything green or yellow in the past 74 hours. What is it and is their anything I can take to stop this diarrhea so my butt will stop bleeding?
