What Causes Diarrhea, Vomiting And Loss Of Appetite?

My toddler is 14 months old and has diarrhea for the past month he has threw up two times this week and now is not eating anything. The top of his mouth is swollen. I have taken him to the doctor many times and had blood, urine, and stool labs. The doctor can't seem to find anything wrong. Any ideas?
