What Causes Diarrhea And Nausea With Loss Of Appetite?
I've recently experienced more than usual of the occasional feeling of lethargy after morning breakfast.Added to that I get a feeling of nausea and diarrhia as well as loss of appetite.I've taken basal temperature to verify if my thyroid gland is functioning properly since I do have family history of thyroid disfunction.I seems my basal temperature is situated at around 95.5-95.6 f.Which would make me hypothyroid.

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Nausea and diarrhea is indicative of an intestinal infection which in turn can give rise to lethargy and related symptoms. Hence I would advise you the following:
Send the stool for tests.
Blood for CBC, typhoid, liver, kidney and thyroid functions as just basal temperature is not indicative of anything for certain hence the need of blood tests for thyroid functions.
If the infection is present get a course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotics.
Get a symptomatic and supportive treatment with electrolyte solution, multivitamins and minerals.
If any other problems is found during the course of investigations, it will be treated by your Doctor.
Take plenty of fluids, fruit juices.
