What Causes Diarrhea And Nausea During Pregnancy?

24 y/o. 39weeks pregnant baby number two.
On large amounts of iron for whole pregnancy so had extreme constipation. Took the prescribed medication and suppositories two weeks ago and was able to go toilet. Woke up at 3am and have non stop been sick and the runs. Is it normal and not harming baby?
