What Causes Delayed Periods With Severe Cramps?
Hello I had a miscarriage in September 12... In the last 3 weeks I have come on twice, once on my regular date(very heavy as normal) then just after ovulation... Now my period hasn t come as normal. I m having the cramps but nothing is happening! This hasn t happened to me before where I ve had 2 periods in a month. Is this normal?

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
