Hi,

Pregnancy tests can show false negative result when done too early in some women. I would suggest you to repeat the test after 5 to 7 day to confirm pregnancy. Blood test to detect Beta HCG can also be done instead of urine test since it is more sensitive. Delayed periods can also occur with stress or nutritional deficiency, which should also be ruled out.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
