What Causes Back Ache Before Periods?

i have ananterior fundic subserosal uterine fibroid of 2.5 cm should i have it removed as i get alot of spotting between mentral cycle and suffer from back ache and a constant heavy feeling with pain like im constantly about to start my menstral cycle.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
All your symptoms is due to fibroid.
It cause spotting, back ache, pain.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and take proper treatment
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet ibuprofen for the pain
Birth control pill/hormonal patch or hormonal IUD
GNRH agonist injection every 2-3 month.

If size will increase and symptoms persists then go for surgical excision.
