Hello, I am an 18 year old female. I am 5 feet and 5 inches tall, and 99lbs and 2oz in weight. (I went to the doctor yesterday for a UTI [urinary tract infection] and am currently on antibiotics to treat it) For years I have thought this to be normal, but have recently dicovered it isn't. I have had a sort of soft yet hard substance that is like a soft scab that is raised above skin level on my nipples (the tips) that sometimes breaks off when pulled or rubbed by my bra or messed with in any way, but when I remove it sometimes with tweezers, it either hurts or bleeds. I don't know what it is or how to make it go away, but sometimes I have periods of time where it almost disappears, but then soon returns. I want to be normal... Please help me? It is possibly a form of fungi or something closely related? It is a dark coloration or sometimes a light tanish yellow color, but it varies the colors in the area that it sits. Sort of like how granite looks. Any ideas on what it could be?
