What Causes Dark Bruise On Upper Inside Of Arm?
My father has a small dark bruise on the upper inside of his arm. It is approximately the size of a quarter and appears to have a very small redish brown spot with a very thin white circle around the dot. He had the small dot 3 weeks before the bruise appeared. He is 67 years old. Do you have any idea what this could be?

Hi, this is actually surgical problem rather than skin.a doctor must see this by his naked eye means clinical examination is vital in this.one cannot assume on basis of history or description. So go to general surgeon and take advice
