Im 28 weeks prego .and um I dnt. Doo doo much at all maybe 2 times a month it always been that way for me really or I go a month without doo dooing.now that I m prego I started to have more constipation bloodin my stool nd very small white looking seeds or specks in my doo doo

hi, constipation in pregnancy gets exaggerated and it has to be prevented. you must take min 10 12 glasses of water,eat lot of green leafy veg,and you can start taking syrup cremaffin 2 tsf at bedtime .take care and all the best .
