Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your complain your daughter feel more fatigue all the time. I will suggest you to do a complete blood cell count and vitamin b12 level. Anemia lead to fatigue and more headache. Vitamin b12 deficincey may cause fatigueness. Start a treatment according to cause. Consult a physician for further diagnosis. Detailed history and physical examination give exact idea about problems. Well balanced diet is helpful in anemia problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rachana Goswami
